Identify the contracting and treating entities
The clinic brand, intermediary, hotel-transfer agency, health facility and physician may be different parties. The document should identify who receives payment and who delivers the medical service at which address.
Verify international-health-tourism authorisation through current official channels. A logo or certificate image should be matched to the exact entity and facility.

Attach the clinical plan to the commercial package
Record the provisional diagnosis, treatment zones, graft range, named doctor, stage allocation and technique as applicable. State what can change after examination and whether the patient can decline without losing unrelated travel payments.
Avoid wording such as ‘VIP doctor package’ without defined operators. If substitution is permitted, define notice, patient approval and refund options.
Map postoperative responsibility
List immediate observation, first wash, scheduled reviews, response times, emergency instructions, remote follow-up and record transfer to a home clinician. Clarify which prescriptions, tests or complication care are included.
A revision clause should not replace complication management. It needs an assessment time, criteria, exclusions, donor review and cost allocation.
